Mwanda is a delivery and bill payment platform serving Zimbabwe. References to "Mwanda", "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to Mwanda and its operators.

We collect information you provide directly:
- Account details — name, email address, phone number
- Delivery addresses — pickup and drop-off locations
- Payment information — processed securely through our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers
- Order history — items ordered, delivery times, amounts paid
- Communications — messages you send to our support team
We also collect information automatically when you use our platform:
- Device type, operating system, and browser
- IP address and general location
- Pages visited and actions taken within the app
3. How we use your information
- To process and deliver your orders
- To send order status notifications via SMS or WhatsApp
- To prevent fraud and ensure platform security
- To improve our services through aggregated analytics
- To send service updates and, with your consent, promotional messages
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Delivery partners — your name and delivery address are shared with the driver handling your order
- Payment processors — to complete transactions securely
- Service providers — cloud hosting, analytics, and communication tools that help us operate
- Authorities — when required by law or to protect the safety of our users

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Order records are retained for up to 3 years for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
