How does delivery work?
You place your order online and pay via card or EcoCash. Our team in Harare sources your items, packs them, and our courier delivers to your recipient’s door. You receive a photo on WhatsApp — usually within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
What if the recipient is not home?
Our courier calls ahead before arriving. If no one answers, we attempt a second delivery or arrange a safe drop with a trusted neighbour and notify you via WhatsApp either way.
How are refunds handled?
If an item is out of stock, we substitute it with something of equal or greater value. For failed deliveries or wrong items, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we will make it right — full refund or re-delivery.
Can I track my order in real time?
Yes. After placing your order you receive a tracking reference by SMS and email. Use the Track button in the app or visit mwanda.com/track to see live status and driver location when your order is out for delivery.
Can I exclude items for dietary or religious reasons?
Yes. When viewing any package, tap it to open the details and use the “Dietary restrictions / items to exclude” field. Any items you remove are deducted from your total — you only pay for what you actually want.
